The customer assets of 800 advisors, visible to head office for the first time
A beauty retail brand
What it looked like before
The brand had more than 800 in-store advisors, and customers were added to each advisor’s personal WeChat. Head office could not see the size or structure of the customer base, nor which channel spend was working. When an advisor left, the customers left with them, and there was no way to hand over the conversation history.
What we delivered
Uniscrm turned customer relationships into managed assets: WeCom external contacts sync in full as customer profiles, channel QR codes tag the source automatically, and SOPs drive the assignment of follow-up tasks. Conversation archiving uses WeCom’s official capability, backed by employee consent forms. A Uniclaw digital worker handles common enquiries in the customer-service scenario.
- Customers are tagged by channel automatically via the QR code they came through — channel ROI became computable for the first time
- An advisor’s departure triggers automatic inheritance of customer and group relationships, with the full follow-up history handed over
- Sensitive wording is blocked in real time before sending, so non-compliant promises no longer have to be hunted down in the records afterwards
- The digital worker takes the common enquiries; staff handle only the exceptions that need judgement
“Where do our customers come from?” used to depend on an advisor’s memory. Now the dashboard shows at a glance which channel is worth putting more spend behind.
Hand the complexity of identity, agents and private domain to one governable kernel
Whether you are replacing an existing IAM, building an agent platform, or trying to make private-domain operations actually work — start with a 30-minute architecture call. We will first judge whether this is the kind of problem we are good at, and say so plainly if it is not.
